The academy performance coach will report directly to the director of performance and academy director. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing athletes at the elite youth level (MLS Next) and have experience designing age-appropriate programs both in the gym and on the field. Additionally, the academy performance coach will work with athlete/ team monitoring systems in order to provide coaches, academy director and director of performance daily, weekly and game reports/ summaries.
