MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

The Equipment (EQ) Operations Coordinator is a part time position that assists the Timbers EQ Staff with general EQ operations at the Timbers Training Center, primarily afternoon/evening laundry assistance and Academy EQ operations. The EQ Operations Coordinator works directly for the Director of EQ Operations and EQ Operations Manager while reporting to the Assistant General Manager.

Hours: This is a part time role averaging 25 hours a week. Schedule can be irregular at times.

Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour

Benefits: This role is not eligible for benefits


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

· Afternoon/evening laundry service at Timbers Training Facility.

· Assisting with Timbers Academy game uniform packing/laundering

· On-field training setup/takedown for Timbers Academy trainings

· Assisting with ordering and distribution of training gear for Discovery Program

· Airport transportation of equipment for First Team or T2 road trips when available

· Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Be able to work under pressure for long hours

· Display superb organizational skills

· Be extremely diligent and meticulous

· Effective management of equipment staff members
