JOB SUMMARY
The Sensory Trailer Staff is responsible for assisting fans who may need to use the Sensory Trailer and answer any questions regarding the trailer and resources the Phillies provide.
The Sensory Activation Vehicle is a trailer located inside the ballpark that provides fans with any sensory need the safe space to decompress.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Sensory Trailer and allow fans into trailer when needed.
- Provide additional information regarding the Sensory Trailer.
- Distribute sensory bags to fans.
- Provide exemplary customer service to all guests.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Rotational schedule based on availability, with the expectation of working at least 40 events.
- Ability to be independent and responsible without constant supervision.
- Constant attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a high activity and heavily crowded environment.
- Communicate effectively with guests and other employees.
- Maintain a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor.
- Ability to work in all types of weather (cold, heat, rain, etc.).
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an FBI fingerprint clearance and a criminal background check.
