JOB SUMMARY
The Front Desk Staff is responsible for managing and assisting executives and ownership group ticketing needs at the Executive Offices entrance at Citizens Bank Park.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Distribute and scan tickets left at front desk.
- Answer executive line phone and respond to questions professionally.
- Provide exemplary customer service to all guests.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to be independent and responsible without constant supervision.
- Constant attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a high activity and heavily crowded environment.
- Communicate effectively with guests and other employees.
- Maintain a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an FBI fingerprint clearance and a criminal background check.
