Part Time Office Fan Experience Scheduler

Please note this is a part time position that can work up to 28 hours a week. You will have ability to work from home but will need to be in the office for meetings, events, etc.

As the Part -time Fan Experience Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling Orlando Magic part-time staff members including REFS, Legendary Guest Service Representatives and Corporate Office Guides for all Orlando Magic, Orlando Solar Bears, concerts, and other Kia Center events.

What will the role do:

  • Gather monthly availability and schedule all Fan Experience part time staff for the Orlando Magic and Orlando Solar Bears games, concerts, and other Kia Center shows through ABI platform.
  • Manage all schedule changes and callouts for staff.
  • Run reports through ABI to efficiently manage staff availability.
  • Review post-event attendance and clocking discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently to part-time staff, Fan Experience Manager and Assistant Director of Fan Experience.
  • Approve and manage payroll hours.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently to part time staff, Fan Exp Manager and Assistant Director of Fan Experience.
  • Upload and maintain staffing sheets on Microsoft Teams for all events.
  • Manage staffing par levels when scheduling events to stay within budget limitations.
  • Attend a virtual or in-person bi-weekly scheduling meeting with the Fan Experience Manager and Assistant Director of Fan Experience.
  • Work an in-office event shirt monthly or bi-monthly based on event schedule.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What the role needs to have:

  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum two years in a professional working environment.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products and other related computer skills.
  • Experience with scheduling and payroll software is a plus.
