A quick summary about the Strategy & Analytics Graduate Associate role:

Strategy & Analytics Graduate Associate will focus on providing analytic and strategic support for both immediate and long-term initiatives. The Business Strategy team handles the organization’s data warehouse, insights and analytics, and CRM platforms to optimize business performance.

What the Strategy & Analytics Graduate Associate will be responsible for:

The Strategy & Analytics Graduate Associate will support the department in projects including but not limited to:

    • Ticket pricing
    • Season ticket holder retention
    • Ticket sales and marketing initiatives
    • Marketing research and customer insights
    • Corporate partnership analytics
    • Operational performance and customer service metrics
    • Mobile app data maintenance
    • Customer rewards program development
    • Database management
    • Report building
    • Other strategic and analytic initiatives

  • Utilize internal pricing tool and sales data analysis to implement dynamic ticket pricing strategy and recommend and implement ticket sales promotions.
  • Support research initiatives through survey design, analysis, and presentations.
  • Assist in the development and analysis of select statistical models.
  • Maintain mobile app management platform, track inventory and analyze trends and usage.
  • Collect and analyze data for other strategic initiatives.
  • Assist the Business Strategy team in preparing presentations, business plans, and other reports.
  • Track industry news and emerging business trends and update the department.
  • Prepare post-meeting reports and summaries.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What the Strategy & Analytics Graduate Associate needs to have:

  • Post Grad (recent college graduates within 24 months of graduation) or graduate-level college students required.
  • Degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or Business major preferred.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with SAS, SPSS, or other statistical software preferred.
  • Knowledge and familiarity in SQL or similar relational database management system preferred.
  • Experience with survey design and/or programming.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong emphasis in Excel modeling.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills required.
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on business writing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects and support multiple high level executive positions.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative.
  • Ability to take direction without follow up.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Strong teamwork and team synergy skills required.
  • Excellent ability to establish rapport with others and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends and be on-call as necessary.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on the changing priorities of the department.

Relocation Information:

  • Relocation and housing expenses are the responsibility of the Graduate Associate (Please note that while we have a hybrid work model, this does require you to live and work out of the Orlando, Florida area.)
  • Reliable transportation is also needed

Working Hours:

  • Office Hours - M-F, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
  • Based on role determines in office and remote working by the manager
  • Most Associates work all game nights (44 home games + playoffs and finals) including weekends and holidays
