The Gameday Tour Support Staff will assist the Yankee Stadium Tours team with welcoming guests to Yankee Stadium, delivering respectful, consistent, and courteous service and accurate information related to Yankee Stadium and Tour programming items. This role will be centered primarily around Yankee home game day’s tour program offerings.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist Stadium Tours team and guests with Pregame Tour, Pregame Glimpse of Greatness, and Gameday Express tour programming items
Provide accurate tour and stadium information to guests
Direct tour guests accordingly before, during, and after tour programs
Provide escort support to Stadium Tour team as requested
Other projects assigned or requested by Director of Stadium Tours

Qualifications and Experience:

Demonstrate customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
Flexible work schedule and ability to work majority of home games during the baseball season, including evenings, weekends and select holidays
Ability to work in an outside stadium environment
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time (with or without accommodation)

The hourly rate for this role is $17.50/hour.
