Job Description:

Summary:

The Coordinator, Ticket Reporting Analytics will be a dedicated Ticket Operations resource who will work to develop processes, reports and efficiencies to make an impact in our day-to-day operation. You will push the envelope technology wise to take a world class department to the next level. Additionally, you will assist in the setup and management of the ticketing system as the engine to support ticket sales and other organization initiatives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data and Identify trends and make recommendations to help generate ticket revenue, enhance the fan experience, and, improve operational efficiencies

  • Produce user friendly, easy to understand and visual appealing ticketing dashboards and tools for Senior Leadership and Ticket Sales & Service staff

  • Work with Business Intelligence & Technology Solutions departments to utilize APIs to develop automated processes to increase ticketing efficiencies

  • Responsible for MLB and Tickets.com ticket reporting and customer data dissemination while maintaining PII compliance

  • Be a resource to our affiliates in Port St. Lucie, Syracuse, and Brooklyn for their respective ticket reporting and analytic needs

  • Assist in spearheading all digital ticketing initiatives as well as third-party integrations, including the MLB Ballpark app

  • Support the setup and management of all New York Mets and affiliate home games, packages, promotions on the ProVenue ticketing system

  • Train Ticket Sales & Services staff on new processes, dashboards, and reports as well as current and new features of the ticketing system

Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree or combination of equivalent education and experience with a preferred area of study in computer science, computer programming, mathematics or analytics

  • A high level of experience with complex databases and knowledge of XML, JSON, SQL, or other programming languages required

  • Experience in creating high level reports and dashboards utilizing data visualization software like Tableau

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with an emphasis on intermediary to advanced Excel functionality (Pivot Tables, IF and LOOKUP formulas, Macros, etc.)

  • Prior experience in the ticketing or sports industry is a plus but not required

  • Strong written and oral communication, attention to detail, prioritization, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary Range: $55,000-$60,00
