This is a temporary position with an expected duration not to exceed (10) months

Position Summary:

As a Project Employee (Workflow Development), you will spearhead the enhancement of our project workflows, leading the implementation of spreadsheet-based tools used to manage and analyze data.

Major Responsibilities:

Oversee the development of project workflows through all stages, including design and development
Proactively identify and resolve issues
Create project management workspaces using Google Sheets/Google Apps Script
Lead creation of data reports
Aid in database management & implementation of automation tools
Follow technology trends to improve current processes
Willingness to work nights and/or weekends when necessary

Required Skills/Knowledge:

Superior level of basketball and historical knowledge
Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
Advanced knowledge of functions, data structures, and data analysis
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity
Attention to detail, strong organizational and multitasking skills
Highly responsive and proactive, able to own tasks from start to finish
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as active listening skills
Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Experience:

Advanced knowledge of Google Apps Script, Python, VBA, JavaScript or other languages
General understanding of GUIs, web apps, web scraping & APIs
Experience with automation tools (DocParser, Zapier, Automate.io, etc)

Educational Background:

Bachelors Degree Required

Salary Range: $30.00/Hourly
