An exciting opportunity for an individual to join our fantastic Soccer Schools team as a Soccer Schools Coordinator.

Liverpool FC operates a program of international soccer academies worldwide. This portfolio of partners across 5 continents delivers courses and coaching to thousands of children in more than 20 countries through the year.

This program is the central pillar of the club’s grass-roots activities worldwide - articulating the values of Liverpool FC, engaging with the club’s existing supporters and attracting new supporters to the Liverpool family whilst providing best-in-class coaching for all.

The Co-ordinator is responsible for a variety of administrative duties across the department and will be the point of contact for all customer enquiries as well as being responsible for UK course administration. They will also play an important role in supporting our base of casual coaches to ensure we are able to deliver a ‘best in class’ coaching programme.

What will you be doing?

The Soccer Schools Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Be the point of contact for all customer service enquiries relating to UK courses, LFC eAcademy and International Academy programs
  • Responsible for all department coaching administration
  • Organise all casual coach wage claims, checking expense sheets and providing payroll with details in timely manner
  • Lead on all communication with casual coaches
  • Present key updates and information to the wider team on a weekly basis.
  • Work with safeguarding lead to ensure all DBS certificates and safeguarding checks are up-to-date for UK casual coaches.
  • Attend regular meetings, taking notes and distributing to team when required
  • Support Business Team on marketing activity

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:

Essential Knowledge

  • Knowledge Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) and its capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills

Essential Functional / Technical Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Forms and Sharepoint.
  • Meticulous with a high attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach

This is a full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week. Your main base will be our Chapel St Office which is close to local bars, shops and restaurants and has great views over the river Mersey.
