JOB DESCRIPTION:

Integral role with primary focus on managing all matters relating to the equipment needs for the North Texas Soccer Club Professional Squad. Be responsible for Managing, Inventorying, Preparing, Maintaining & Distributing all Professional Program Equipment.

This position pays: $36K annually NON NEGOTIABLE.

Report to GM regarding all essential duties, responsibilities & accountabilities, which include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the Ordering, Inventorying, Preparation, & Distribution of all Equipment for the North Texas Soccer Club Coaches & Staff.
  • Order, Inventory, & Prepare all North Texas Soccer Club Equipment Accessories & Specialty Items.
  • Maintain & Repair all North Texas Soccer Club Equipment, Accessories & Specialty Items as required & necessary.
  • Perform necessary & required Laundry duties pertinent to the Professional Program, Academy Teams,Coaches, & Staff needs (Gear, Uniforms, towels etc.)
  • Ensure Proper, Necessary & Timely Preparation for all Professional Team Practices (Field & Equipment)
  • Ensure all necessary & required equipment is available for all North Texas Soccer Club Home and Away Games.
  • Travel with the North Texas Soccer Club First Team for all away games
  • Ensure that all MLSNP requirements & protocols are followed for all games that North Texas Soccer Club Teams are involved
  • Work directly with North Texas Team Administrator to assist with travel logistics and act as a team liaison on road trips. Duties such as flight and hotel check-in for road matches.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

You are:

  • A friendly, upbeat student wanting to work within the sports industry
  • Hard-working, dedicated, and passionate about soccer.
  • Able to take initiative and maintain a high level of professionalism within a professional sports environment
  • Deadline-driven and can work under pressure while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Required to work a flexible schedule to include some nights, weekends and holidays based on match schedule.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate. THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION>.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a major plus!!!
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a valid Driver License and clean driving record and access to your own vehicle.
  • Knowledge of Major League Soccer, North Texas SC, and FC Dallas Soccer.
