Job Title: VP of Integrated Marketing

Job Summary:
FC Cincinnati is a young and ambitious MLS team that is seeking an accomplished VP of Integrated Marketing to lead the creation and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to engage fans, drive attendance, enhance our brand presence, and optimize revenue generation. In this strategic role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's growth, visibility, and resonance and connecting our brand and market presence to our core values through narrative and storytelling. You are responsible for crafting and executing innovative brand strategies that leverage strong data analysis, technology solutions, and creative excellence to maximize brand recognition and fan engagement. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our brand identity, enhancing the customer journey, and elevating our market presence through traditional and digital marketing channels. The VP of Integrated Marketing will manage a talented group of marketers and designers.
What Youâll Do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the organization's purpose, values, and strategic vision.
- Ensure the brand strategy permeates the entirety of our business operation and across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints including paid media, matchday experiences, merchandise, communications across owned channels and content, and other FCC non-matchday events.
- Oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of marketing campaigns, to drive overall fan growth and profile development, fan engagement, matchday attendance, and revenue streams.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and consistent brand messaging and visual identity that communicates the organization's unique story, culture and mission.
- Effectively manage the creative process while meeting business and commercial interests (e.g. kit design, retail opportunities).
- Use data analytics and market research to gain actionable insights into customer behavior, market trends, and brand performance, ensuring these findings drive decision-making.
- Work with the Business Intelligence team to drive fan record completion for more targeted campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of Season Ticket Member, Orange and Blue Reserve and Single Ticket promotions and packages, ensuring they drive consumer behavior consistent with organizational goals.
- Oversee the marketing, design and photography budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact and extend ROI while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing, design and photography teams.
- Inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence. Collaborate with senior leaders to drive organizational success.

What Youâll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field requires. MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in brand marketing, with a strong background in leveraging data, technology, and creativity.
- Proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology solutions and digital platforms for marketing purposes.
- Expertise in fan segmentation strategies and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to map out a project, effectively manage stakeholder's expectations and drive towards completion.
- Demonstrated track record of supporting companies that operated with a high-impact culture, outperformed competition, and developed a reputation as a strong brand.
- Experience in and around the sports industry and a commitment to civic engagement/responsibility.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adept at managing ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Ability to work matchdays and other FCC-related events.
