Position Overview:
Chicago Fire Football Club is seeking a dedicated Account Executive of Group Sales to join our team! You will be responsible for maximizing group sales revenue, meeting set sales goals and metric expectations, and building a pipeline of prospective clients by networking to establish authentic business relationships. We are searching for sellers fluent in Spanish who are looking to build their careers in the professional sports industry. This position will report to the Director of Group Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve Outreach Metrics: Maximize group ticket sales and ticket sales revenue through the execution of sales calls (80 per day) and weekly meetings
- Outbound prospecting: Strategically prospect new group sales opportunities and build relationships in the Chicagoland Hispanic community
- Ticket Offers: Spearhead assigned ticket offers and maximize sales through building relationships with local organizations
- Revenue Goals: Achieve or surpass quarterly revenue targets through proactive sales strategies and effective relationship management.
- CRM Management: Enter all pertinent prospect and customer information in CRM platform for efficient reporting and effective pipeline management
- Engage in Sales Events: Work assigned sales, promotional, and team events to develop new prospects and referral opportunities during games and outside business hours
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide best-in-class customer service for all prospects and clients
- Foster a Positive Team Approach: Maintain an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best
- Support Group Sales Team: Assist members of the group sales team with in-person meetings and sales pitches as needed, including translating for other team members to ensure clear communication and understanding.

Required Qualifications:
- Spanish language fluency
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Must display a strong work ethic and desire to build a career in professional sports
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to be a sports sales industry leader
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, including all home games (or other work events) that fall on nights, weekends, and/or holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in sports management, business administration, or a similar field
- Experience with collegiate, elite, or professional sports sales
- Familiarity and knowledge with Ticketmaster Archtics and Salesforce CRM
