Under new ownership, the Club recently returned to Chicago’s iconic Soldier Field, opened a new 50,000-square foot office in the heart of the city, and will unveil a premium state-of-the-art Performance Center in January 2025. Position Overview:
The Premium Ambassador is dedicated to delivering an exceptional, legendary experience for every guest at Soldier Field. Working in one of three exclusive premium seating areas—Executive Suite Levels, the Skyline Suite, or Fieldside Seats & Suites—Premium Ambassadors will also have the opportunity to assist the Membership and Groups team with their gameday experiences. As part of the role, Premium Ambassadors will receive a complimentary meal during their shift. Shift times will align with the CFFC home match schedule, and additional opportunities to work at other exciting events may also be available.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests in premium seating areas, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience.
  • Regularly inspect premium seating areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards, ensuring all spaces exceed expectations.
  • Proactively address and resolve guest concerns, reporting issues to the appropriate departments for timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain a professional, approachable, and positive demeanor at all times, fostering a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Be knowledgeable about Soldier Field and provide guests with accurate, helpful information to enhance their experience.
  • Support Membership and Group Sales by assisting with check-ins at Fireside Chats, group experiences, and other sales-related events during games.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age by March, 2025
  • Previous customer service experience, hospitality service industry experience preferred
  • Attend preseason training session highlighting Chicago Fire FC service standards
  • Attend a minimum of 14 home matches during the 2025 season
  • Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks and adapt to change
  • Strong work ethic and demonstration of proactiveness
  • Have and display a positive attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
