Under new ownership, the Club recently returned to Chicago’s iconic Soldier Field, opened a new 50,000-square foot office in the heart of the city, and will unveil a premium state-of-the-art Performance Center in January 2025. Position Overview:
Chicago Fire Football Club is seeking passionate individuals who enjoy providing a SPARK to join our team! Matchday Ambassadors will be offered competitive pay, offered a complimentary meal during working hours, and will be presented with official Chicago Fire FC branded staff gear! Shift times will be subject to the CFFC home match schedule and opportunities to work exciting events will also be available.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bring enthusiasm on matchday by engaging with fans through exciting activations and enticing giveaways
  • Maintain a positive, approachable and engaging attitude, providing fans with an informative and enjoyable experience
  • Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of activation elements including inflatables, tents, tables, games and more
  • Assist with banner and sign hanging, ensuring all assets are displayed correctly and maintain the integrity of the club's branding
  • Provide excellent service to staff and fans
  • Understand club policies and protocols to ensure standards are met and exceeded cohesively across all members of the team
  • Address guest concerns and proactively collect feedback to enhance overall fan experience
  • Demonstrate flexibility and creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate punctuality and professionalism in all aspects of attendance and adherence to the work schedule
  • Uphold the Fan Experience standards set by Chicago Fire FC
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Work a minimum of 12 matches
  • Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Ability to attend organized training highlighting Chicago Fire service standards
  • Comfortable working with and responding to questions and complaints for a diverse and passionate fanbase
  • Comfortable working with fans of all ages
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks and adapt to change
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, performance-driven work environment
