JOB TITLE: Training Ground Receptionist
DEPARTMENT: Training Ground Operations
JOB FUNCTION: A standalone role, to primarily act as the face of the Club as a front-of-house concierge on reception in the men’s team building; welcoming and signposting staff, players and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner and handling administrative tasks. The role will involve working closely with the Security, Facilities and Operations departments across the Cobham campus.
LOCATION: Cobham
CONTRACT: Permanent – 40 hours over any five days with flexibility to work approx. 10 weekends per year. Hours of work are 7.30am to 3.30pm.

· Friendly & approachable, with the ability to develop good relationships with key stakeholders.
· Previous administration/operations experience essential. · Demonstrable experience acting in either a reception or concierge capacity, dealing with high-profile individuals/clients/customers from various backgrounds and cultures. · Ability to multitask and keep calm under pressure. · Confident and effective communicator. · Fluency in other languages beneficial e.g. French or Spanish
· Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, Teamworks, etc).
