POSITION OVERVIEW

Hornets Sports & Entertainment, is looking for reliable and personable people to join their Fan Shop Warehouse team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest service at the Hornets Fan Shop or various retail kiosks in Spectrum Center, in addition to receiving, stocking, replenishment, and general warehouse upkeep primarily on Hornets game nights.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain guest service standards as set by Hornets Sports & Entertainment
  • Receiving and stocking
  • Replenishment of Fan Shop and kiosks with new stock
  • Data entry
  • End of night warehouse recovery
  • Ensure company assets are maintained and secured
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ABILITIES

(To perform the job successfully, the candidate should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this job.)

  • High school degree
  • Previous guest service experience preferred
  • 1 or more years of experience in retail or guest service environment
  • Experience in retail warehouse environment, a plus
  • Experience with Point-Of-Sale software, such as Retail Pro preferred
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Able to stand for long periods of time and lift, up to, 50 lbs.
