Your day-to-day

  • Champion coordination - you will manage all internal events from booking stage to event delivery, including the operational delivery of all stadium areas and client facing interaction
  • Oversee planning - you’ll ensure that the venue set up and other logistical necessities are in line with customer and stadium security requirements, brand standards and compliant with health and safety guidelines
  • Sustain cost efficiency - you will control all operational costs for internal events, ensuring these are delivered as cost-effectively as possible whilst also managing recharge codes and ensuring all financial reconciliation
  • Support the wider Operations team - you will produce comprehensive and accurate event sheets which ensure the correct information is communicated to the operational departments, help with specific club events and attend weekly operational meetings

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in a similar events environment - you have a background in events, hospitality or customer service
  • Outstanding organisational skills - you've got an organised and administrative mindset and thrive within a pressurised, heavily customer focused environment, with the ability to manage a fast-paced and varied workload
  • Presentation and IT skills - you are able to demonstrate intermediate experience using all Microsoft applications
  • Dedicated team player - you can actively cooperate and communicate with others, building and maintaining positive working relationships to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration
  • Clear communicator - you're easily able to communicate with a broad range of internal colleagues and external customers and stakeholders, adapting style and approach as and when required
  • Proactive mindset - you are able to use your initiative to help create and implement new ideas, acting upon opportunities to improve the fan and customer experience
