Merchandise Vendor-Key Bank Center

Position Summary
The selling of merchandise at the arena for Sabres games and non-hockey events.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for the set-up and display of merchandise location, selling product, stand
cleanliness, performing inventories and settling cash and credit cards sales at the conclusion of each event.
• Ensure that customers are serviced at the highest level of customer service.
• Responsible to follow arena and department policies and procedures
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
• Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned or as they become evident.
• Product knowledge and stock replenishment.

Requirements
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service/retail sales experience is preferred.
• Point of Sale Terminal (POS) system/cash handling experience preferred.
• Must stand and sell merchandise to customers during shift.
• Some lifting of boxes is necessary, up to forty (40) pounds.
• Be able to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation

This role pays $15.00 an hour.
