Accounting Intern

Summary

The Accounting Intern will provide administrative and basic accounting support for various departmental tasks and projects on a seasonal basis.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounting Department in completing month end transactions, including the preparation and recording of journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and bank statement reconciliations.
• Provide support to AR and AP related needs, such as tracking incoming payments, mailing invoices, reviewing and analyzing vendor statements, etc.
• Perform other projects as assigned
• Be accountable for work assigned and the timely completion of each assigned task.

• Available to work 2-3 days /week

Compensation

• This role pays $15.00 an hour.
