Job Overview: The Atlanta Falcons Inside Sales program is an entry-level ticket sales position designed to give you the foundation and skillset to grow your career within the Ticket Sales side of the sports business industry. An Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for selling personal seat licenses (PSL's) and season tickets for the Atlanta Falcons at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The ideal candidate is coachable, goal-oriented, highly motivated, and a self-starter with a genuine desire to develop and pursue a career in sales.
This is a seasonal role that starts in February 2025 and ends in September 2025.
Main Responsibilities:
This position will be focused on selling PSL’s/season tickets to various lead campaigns while maintaining records of all potential sales prospects within our CRM database.
Set and conduct virtual and in-person appointments with leads in pipeline in order to move prospects through the sales cycle.
Educate future buyers on our many price points, available locations, and corresponding member benefits to secure new business and drive revenue.
Each representative will be held accountable to meet and exceed set levels of daily productivity metrics by achieving 80+ outbound calls and an hour+ of talk time.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree completed before January 2025.
One year of prior sports industry or equivalent sales experience is strongly preferred.
Candidates should possess excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively manage working through a large volume of prospects.
Candidates should have great interpersonal skills and an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as a competitive desire to be the best.
Candidates should have exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in addition to active listening skills.
Candidates should possess the confidence, knowledge, and experience to perform at a high level each day.
Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous working experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Ticketmaster Archtics is a plus.
Work in office Monday – Friday 9AM – 5PM.
Perform other duties as assigned.
