Summary of Job
The Ticket Attendant shall be responsible for assisting the stadium Ticket Operations department in the event day operations of the ticket office. Duties include but are not limited to: daily customer service of walk-up patrons on event day.
Role and Responsibilities
Daily customer service and interaction with customers at the stadium box office and at stadium gates
Provide game-day ticket selling/will call service/ticket resolution
Such other duties, functions, special projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Ticket Operations management
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience in event ticketing field preferred

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and all socioeconomic levels of the general public
Excellent mathematical skills β Ability to compute using whole numbers, fractions, decimals and percent
Comfort with learning ticketing technologies and comfort working on mobile devices
Must be able to work an irregular work schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to work well in a team environment
Immediate availability to work Limited Capacity and Full Capacity events
