Premium Sales Executive

The Role


We are looking for a Premium Sales Executive to bring a proactive, data-driven, strategic approach to selling seasonal club level season tickets, premium and regular seasonal dining and match-by-match hospitality.

The premium sales department is responsible for generating new business and delivering the sales and marketing plan for the premium areas of the stadium which include: seasonal boxes, club level season tickets, seasonal premium/regular dining, match-by-match hospitality, and match-by-match dining.

Your day-to-day


  • Champion member experience - you will leverage a data-driven approach to ensure all premium members receive a best-in-class experience
  • Drive our supporter engagement strategy - you will support in executing a strategy based on an in-depth understanding of our supporter base
  • Partner with wider teams - you'll be working closely with colleagues across our club and third party contractors, providing timely and accurate information to our members
  • Enhance target driven activity - you will be driving sales of match-by-match inventory using a data-driven, proactive, strategic sales approach, in order to deliver against all sales targets and club objectives
  • Identify future prospects - you will be striving to convert sales leads from incoming enquiries or referrals
  • Proactive relationship management - you will build and maintain relationships with our members including arranging match-day and non-match-day meetings
  • Innovate through data - you'll use our CRM platform to capture all interaction with existing and potential clients and to identify sales trends and potential areas of opportunity

  • Track record in a similar sales and service role - you've previously thrived in a proactive sales role where exceptional customer service drives outstanding commercial performance
  • Best-in-class organisational skills - you have a proven ability to manage a fast paced and varied workload
  • A natural communicator - you've got a strong ability to communicate with a broad range of internal and external customers, adapting style and approach to your audience
  • Champion of customer care - you take pride in managing end-to-end, high-value customer retention processes
  • Excellent attention to detail - you deliver tasks efficiently but without compromising on accuracy and quality
  • Foster honesty and integrity - you're a team player and a trusted and proud ambassador for our club
  • Adaptable approach - you have a flexible approach to working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Dynamic communicator - you are confident in communicating with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
