Academy Kit Assistant (U21) - Casual

The Role


We are looking for a Academy Kit Assistant on a casual basis to support the PDP kit staff with ensuring effective delivery of kit requirements for U19 and U21 players and staff.

This casual role will focus upon the day-to-day support of training sessions and fixtures, maintaining the highest standards of kit and equipment presentation.

Your day-to-day


  • Assist the PDP Kit Coordinator with kit distribution on day-to-day basis for U19 and U21 players, ensuring all have appropriate kit for daily activity
  • Issuing all match and training kit to relevant players across all academy activities
  • Printing for match, training and staff kit and maintaining the highest standards of presentation
  • Packing and preparing all kit for away fixtures/tours/activities
  • Washing and drying kit to ensure timely turnaround for subsequent events
  • Support PDP Kit Coordinator (U21) through kit ordering process

What we are looking for


  • Experience working in youth development or elite sport environment
  • Basic IT skills including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teamworks, PMA & IFAS
  • Experience of working in a team
  • Able to manage and keep track of multiple demands
  • Be proactive and apply common sense within academy standards
  • Trustworthy and high level of personal integrity
