Executive Assistant - Commercial Team

The Role


We are looking for an Executive Assistant for our Commercial Team. This role will support the Commercial Directors of Retail, Partnerships, Marketing and Venue with organising diaries, travel bookings, match hospitality support and general administration.

Your day-to-day


  • Advanced diary management - Managing and organising diaries for Commercial Directors
  • Managing expenses and purchase orders - Managing expenses for Commercial Heads of Department, raising purchase orders, approving invoices and setting up new suppliers
  • Travel planning and logistics - Arranging tickets and passes to external events, coordinating hospitality events and travel to matches at home and abroad
  • Organising departmental meetings, team offsites and social events - booking rooms, equipment, catering, greeting and communicating details to guests
  • Supporting the EA to CCO - Supporting the EA to the CCO during busy periods, acting as secondary support and providing full cover when on annual leave



What we are looking for


  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally to senior management level
  • Extensive experience in an administrative role
  • Understanding of working within a brand-led and reputation-focused organisation
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, in particular Powerpoint, Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proactive approach and ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Discretion and ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Highly organised and good time management skills
