Who are we:
We are a professional NFL team located in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Our team's home stadium is Commanders Field in Landover, Maryland. Our organization has played more than 1,000 games since 1932 and has won five NFL Championships (two pre-merger, and three Super Bowls). The franchise has captured 15 NFL divisional titles and five NFL conference championships.

We are an organization that prides itself on delivering an elite entertainment experience including professional football games, concerts and events. Responsibilities

• Meet virtually 1- time per week (1.5 hour total each week) over an 8-week period

• This is a continuously running program that builds on curriculum week to week.

• Learn how to build relationships with our fan base and turn those relationships into Gold Members (our season ticket holders) that return year over year.

• Being prepared with notes from the week previously is highly encouraged.

• Get an opportunity to learn from tenured account executives as well as Commanders Leadership

• Learn about what it’s like to be a business professional as well as being a Commander through our values of F.I.G.H.T. (Family, Impact, Growth, Honor, Trust)
