
Account Executive, Membership Experience
The Account Executive supports the mandate and goals of the Membership team by providing superior customer service while promoting, renewing, and up-selling our ticket products to existing and potential ticket members.
A typical day includes:
Managing assigned accounts and develop strong professional relationships with Members to meet standards of excellence and guarantee renewals
Identifying opportunities for in-person engagements with Members
Supporting the 899.GOAL line and general ticket inquiries, responding in a timely manner with the appropriate solution
Managing Member requests and expectations and assisting with game day requirements
Promoting, renewing, and selling ticket products and services such as full, half, and quarter season Memberships, and group, minor hockey, and single game tickets
Following up with outstanding accounts and declined payments in a timely manner
Executing Member retention programs, raising service levels on an on-going basis
Participating in various Member events and executing on fulfilling Member benefits throughout the season
Performing game night duties including Season Ticket Member of the Game, game night ticketing issues, and unique Member experiences
Communicating and carrying out service policies and procedures to Members in the most professional manner
Providing ongoing feedback and recommendations to enhance front line customer service plan, revenue generation, and product development

YOU MUST HAVE:
University degree in a related field with customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
A proven team player with a commitment to service excellence
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Superior attention to detail and strong organizational and administrative skills
Extensive computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Flexibility and ability to adapt easily to changing priorities and schedules and ability to work evenings and weekends as required
YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:
Good working knowledge of presentation and desktop publishing software
