The Tennessee Titans and Nissan Stadium are looking for a skilled tradesperson for daily facility maintenance along with game and event day coverage with a focused skillset in the areas of plumbing technologies, fixture installation / repair, fire sprinkler systems, leak and flooding tracing and mitigation.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, install, or repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water or drainage systems according to specifications or plumbing codes
- Coordinate and execute major plumbing projects (Pipe and fitting replacements, boiler repairs, etc)
- Winterizes select water mains, buildings, concession stands, first aid stations, and restrooms in non-climate-controlled areas to prevent freezing
- Install or supervise the installation of temporary water and drain hookups in support of users of the facility
- Respond to emergency calls as needed
- Read and interpret shop drawings, schematic manufacturer’s specifications, and other reference materials to determine appropriate job requirements and procedures
- Orders parts and maintains inventory of supplies
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, high lifts, scissor lifts, and other maintenance equipment according to OSHA guidelines
- Use a variety of manual and power tools to support projects according to OSHA guidelines
- Accurately maintain records of labor time, parts used, and work accomplished, including the timely completion of required administrative paperwork and recordkeeping
- Perform or supervise the performance of preventive and corrective maintenance of all plumbing systems
- Oversee, escort, and provide direction to contractors and/or other labor providers
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Perform duties and responsibilities with view toward department goals and resource conservation
- Knowledge of PC based computer applications
- Knowledge of standard work practices and methods, OSHA safety standards, fire and building codes, Nationals policies and procedures, and hazardous material handling
- Assist in maintenance and repair of systems and equipment including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression, boilers and associated equipment as well as general maintenance and upkeep activities when applicable
- Support 3rd party tenants and rental spaces within the stadium as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 5 plus years of experience with building plumbing maintenance preferred
- Tennessee Plumber License required
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

- Ability to work independently without supervision and within a team environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including but not limited to nights, weekends and holiday
- Climbing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, bending and twisting is required
