Community Impact: Senior Player Relations Manager Department: Community Impact

Core Functions:
- Work closely with the Vice President to create and execute playerâs and womenâs initiatives for the Community Impact department.
- Serve as the main contact and resource for player initiatives, liaising between the football side and business side, building a rapport with the full roster of players, coaches, football staff, and their families.
- Create opportunities for players, staff, and their families to volunteer alongside the organization.
- Oversee all player matching donations and execution of the dollars from the Social Justice Fund.
- Manage the students, staff, players, and community partners involved in the Youth Leadership Program at Young Middle Magnet School.
- Engage the Social Justice Player Board year-round and facilitate meaningful conversations with team leadership.
- Fundraise and manage the Community Ticket Program throughout the season.
- Manage all player requests routed through the Community Impact department including paid and unpaid appearances, autographs, special messages, etc.
- Create weekly presentations during the season to increase awareness and promote player engagement in community programs.
- Oversee the gender equality platform including the Girls in Football Scholarship, the Womenâs Summit for Careers in Football, the Women of Red Founders, the annual Women of Red Training Camp event, the Spouses & Significant Others, and any other related projects.
- Coordinate all player-focused holiday initiatives.
- Lead and provide support for key NFL programs including My Cause My Cleats, Crucial Catch, and other league initiatives.
- Assist with daily operations of the management team including project and staff management, special requests, donations, and ownership reporting.
- Prepare detailed reports and budgets; submit and track purchase orders for player foundation initiatives and womenâs programming.
- Assist with the development and execution of Community Impact events including, but not limited to gameday operations and other non-profit-related and community events.
- Provide overall support for CR projects to remain responsive to community needs.
Skills & Abilities
- An outgoing and proactive personality with a strong polished and professional demeanor
- Great attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- The ability to learn quickly and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience & Education
- Bachelorâs degree, preferably in Sports Management-related field or commensurate work experience
- 3-5 years experience in Community Relations or philanthropy
- Prior sports experience preferred
- Prior experience working directly with professional athletes, celebrities, or VIPâs
Work Environment
The Company is a professional, fast-paced, creative business environment. Other environment conditions:
- Extended evening, and weekend work hours sometimes required; required to work all home games; may have to work occasional holidays
- Stressful and demanding work environment in executing work on short deadlines
- Computer and desk work a significant part of daily activities
- Sitting, standing, working with hands for extended periods of time
- Rarely is lifting more than 20 pounds required
- Job duties require the employee to drive a company vehicle
