Job Title: Producer, Brand & Merchandise Content Department: Media & Marketing

Reports To: Director, Production Status: Exempt

Core Functions:

  • Responsible for the conceptualization, planning, videography, editing and overall production of engaging video content for the team’s digital and social media platforms (Website, Facebook, X, Instagram, and YouTube) that intersect the Buccaneers brand with Tampa Bay culture.
  • Develop new ideas for how to showcase the brand through video, including but not limited to unique concepts for merchandise capsules, stadium environment, and campaign narratives.
  • Independently shoot and edit videos and other franchise content as assigned.
  • Editing, including integration of graphic elements as developed by the design team, sound and music.
  • Export finished product to multi-bit format for delivery to various devices at multiple speeds.
  • This position requires work that is original and creative in character.

Skills & Abilities:

  • This position requires work that is original and creative in character.
  • Ability to convey a range of emotions through video based on tone and identity direction.
  • Candidate must be available to work extended hours during the NFL season, training camp and NFL Draft, including holidays
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience & Education

  • Minimum three years working in a production environment is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sports or Fine Arts is preferred or commensurate work experience
  • Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is preferred
  • Experience serving as a completely independent segment producer is required. At any given time, the Producer will be required to serve as director, writer, videographer and editor

Technical Knowledge:

  • Proficient with ARRI Amira, Sony FS7 or Canon DSLRs cameras is required
  • Proficient Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop is required
  • Proficient in the Mac environment and MS Office is required

Work Environment

The Company is a professional, fast paced, creative business environment. Other environmental conditions:

  • Extended evening, weekend work hours sometimes required; required to work all home and possibly away games; will have to work occasional holidays.
  • Stressful and demanding work environment in executing work on short deadlines.
  • Computer and desk work a significant part of daily activities.
  • Sitting, standing, working with hands for extended periods of time.
  • Lifting more than 20 pounds is required.
  • Job duties require employee to drive personal vehicle.
