- Manage and oversee all aspects of ticket operations, including Archtics, HOST, Account Manager, and TMOne platforms
- Manage and oversee the processes for season ticket renewals, invoicing, and payments related to general and club season tickets
- Reconcile daily batches (payments); ensuring that all financial accounting requirements are met
- Create and organize event manifests
- Handle and fulfill all internal ticket requests, including but not limited to sponsorship contracts, trade contracts, player/coach tickets (home and away), and staff tickets
- Act as primary liaison regarding upkeep and maintenance of Archtics ticketing system, along with 3rd party integrations (iOMedia, Pricemaster, Scanning Pedestals, FEVO, etc.), as well as being the point of contact regarding all system training
- Conduct financial reporting
- Conduct daily ticket reporting on sales, invoicing, renewals, pacing, and inventory
- Audit all daily system activity to ensure proper recording and classification of sales
- Manage all ticket, parking, and tailgate inventory simultaneously among platforms including TM.com, iOMedia
- Review and process account refunds, deposit checks, transfers, etc.
- Maintain annual budget
- Oversee stored value program
- Run monthly payment plans
- Game Day Role: scanning troubleshooting, parking inventory management, managing/hiring game day staff

Experience & Education
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or commensurate work experience
- 5 to 7 years experience with Ticketmaster (Archtics, HOST, Account Manager, TMOne)
Technical Knowledge
- Excellent skills with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
- Ticketmaster (Archtics, HOST, Account Manager, TMOne)
- Experience with Excel Pivot tables and other high-level reporting formulas
Work Environment
- The Company is a professional, fast-paced, creative business environment. Other environmental conditions:
- Extended evening and weekend work hours are sometimes required. Required to work all home and away games. May have to work occasional holidays.
- Stressful and demanding work environment in executing work on short deadlines.
- Computer and desk work are a significant part of daily activities.
- Sitting, standing, working with hands for extended periods.
- Rarely is lifting more than twenty pounds required.
