Responsibilities:
• Report to and support the Director, Sponsorship Activation and Service
• Manage assigned book of business, and work alongside the sales team throughout sales and renewal processes
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners while serving as internal representative on behalf of assigned partners to guarantee partner goals are met
• Maintain inter-department relationships to ensure execution of sponsorship elements
• Create and deliver mid-season and annual recaps to partners as needed
• Assist Partnership team to maintain asset inventory management system and other third-party relationships as assigned
• Support coordination of in-season and off-season partner events
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-4 years of account management and/or partnership activation experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Be proactive and able to think quickly and independently
• Availability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays
