Guest Experience Safety Ambassador

Enterprise Center and Stifel Theatre are looking for passionate, friendly, service-oriented individuals to join our team. Our mission is to enhance the guest experience by creating a positive environment with extraordinary customer interaction and service.

Rate of Pay: $17.50/hour

Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe environment by proactively solving any issues that may arise.
Provide world-class hospitality to guests before, during, and after events.
Exhibit a friendly, outgoing personality with a desire to serve the company and public.
Communicate clearly with others; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
Always display a professional appearance.
Be proactive and friendly in greeting and assisting our guests with various inquiries at all points of contact.
Aid with security screening at building entrances.
Provide directions to guests for all areas of the building.
Listen to and resolve guest concerns; notify supervisors or managers, if needed.
Familiarize themselves with building layout, all departments, and guest policies.
Respond appropriately to guest illness, injury, and emergencies.
Anticipate guest needs and prevent escalation of issues.
Deescalate situations as they arise
Must be able to stand, sit, walk for extended and varying periods of time.

Requirements:

Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
At least 21 years of age.
Basic computer skills and access to internet.

New Hire Bonus: $250 bonus for new Team Members once they work their first 25 events. (Re-hires are not eligible).

Referral Bonuses:

· $100 bonus to the referring Team Member after the referral works their first ten (10) events.

· $100 bonus to the referring Team Member after the referral reaches their one (1) year anniversary with the Guest Experience department.
