Summary:
The St. Louis Blues/Enterprise Center/Stifel Theatre seeks qualified candidates for the position of Part-Time Box Office Ticket Seller. The primary responsibility of this position is the selling of admission tickets & helping guests navigate mobile ticketing. Duties will include utilizing the ticketing system for distributing tickets to patrons; accepting payment; answering questions concerning event schedules, reservations and coming attractions as well as keeping daily balance sheets of cash received and tickets sold.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Selling tickets using Ticketmaster suite of ticketing products
Understand mobile ticketing and be able to help guide guests through the mobile ticketing process
Prepare daily reconciliation for ticket sales
Greet each guest in a friendly and polite manner and provide excellent customer service.
Be knowledgeable and positive when interacting with the public in person and over the phone

Requirements:

Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
Excellent customer service skills
1-2 years of cash handling experience is preferred
Experience using Ticketmaster software is ideal
Applicants must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work evening, weekends, and holidays
