This role oversees assigned team of staff to ensure that all functions of the parking operation are carried out in a correct and timely manner.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Initiates, plans, and schedules the work, activities and resources of crews or employees.
Instructs and trains employees in the performance of their duties and in the proper use of equipment.
Coordinates work between flaggers and cashiers to ensure arrival and departure efficiencies.
Evaluates the work, activities and work resources of crews or employees in the assigned division/area.
Evaluates any new work assignments, confirms work details with parking manager prior to shift starting.
Schedules and assigns active work orders within the assigned area and monitors capabilities of the assigned staff.
Makes labor decisions within the assigned area as it relates to breaks meals or early dismissals.
Ensures all employees are using the time keeping system correctly.
Enforces departmental policies, procedures and safety rules and regulations,
Confirms set up crews have deployed equipment according within the assigned area.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
High school degree or equivalent.
Must have valid driver’s license.
1 year customer service experience.
1 year of direct Customer Service Experience
1 year of similar work experience
