Guest Services Representative

A Guest Services Representative may work as a ticket taker, usher, suite attendant, mobility services representative, guest service station attendant, or in other non-security positions. Each area plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to guests at Levi's Stadium. The position requires sharp observation skills, strong communication skills, and a passion for interacting with people.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Serves as information specialist: knowledgeable about the stadium and events in order to appropriately respond to guest comments, questions, and requests.
  • Verifies credentials and scans tickets allowing access or redirecting guests to the correct location.
  • The “eyes and ears” of Levi’s Stadium: GSRs operate radio or other communication equipment, tablets and handheld ticketing devices.
  • Safely operates and monitors escalators and elevators to ensure safety of guests.
  • Assists guests with limited mobility to navigate the stadium and parking lot as needed.
  • Prepares and maintains assigned section for guests, this could include wiping down seats, looking for potential hazards and/or reporting safety concerns.
  • Provides assistance with lost and found.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to make lasting positive memories for our guests.
  • Commits to delivering Levi’s Stadium’s Common Purpose, Core Values, and Service Promise.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Must be 18 years old.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Government issued ID.

The employee is constantly required to stand and walk. The employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee may be occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Certain positions may require the employee to push or pull 250 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision and depth perception.

This position requires the ability to work events on evenings, holidays and weekends.
