The Partnership Optimization Manager serves as a key member of the Brand Lab team and plays a critical role in overseeing partnership CRM, rate card construction, pipeline tracking, and internal and league reporting. This position integrates closely with partnership sales and account management to oversee pricing strategy and deal efficiency utilizing league best practices as well as internal and external resources. This role monitors, analyzes, and optimizes sales opportunities to maximize revenue and efficiency across all SS&E franchises and facilities.

1. Develop, lead, and implement a system of processes that optimize cross-department collaboration, the input and output of sales and account management pipeline and progress, and CRM management.
2. Organize and oversee efficiencies in packaging and pricing that maximize the mutual benefits of current and future partnerships including revenue, expenses, and yield. Analyze information and provide high level recommendations to ensure team maintains league and industry competitiveness.
3. Analyze and design continual multi-channel rate card reconstruction to ensure team maintains league and industry competitiveness to expand opportunities with prospective partners and across active relationships.
4. Facilitate and collaborate across departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of audit and reporting, including but not limited to BRI, TPR, custom reporting within CRM, and league rate card.
5.Assist and oversee additional projects as assigned by department leadership team.
