SUMMARY

The Partnership Marketing Representative will support the Partnership Marketing team with planning, organizing, and execution of most Real Salt Lake & Utah Royals partner activations, including but not limited to game day activations, Plaza, & Summer Soccer Series. The representative will also support the team by assisting in marketing strategies/tactics to make a deeper impact for our partners and fans alike. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the development and execution of corporate partnerships with major local and national brands.

This position requires a commitment to working every home game at America First Field.

Please note that the RSL & Royals seasons may run through November or early December.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Game Day responsibilities include:
- Plaza set-up and take-down
- Perform VIP check-in
- Conduct half-time, in-game presentations, and partner set up activities
- Post-game take down
Assists player/mascot appearances
Provides administrative support to sales and service teams as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be a self-starter and self-motivated
Must maintain a positive, can-do attitude
Must be able to pass a background check

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 25 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, typing, etc.
