This is a part-time, in season position that will help enhance the gameday experience as fans approach and prepare to enter Acrisure Stadium. This position is outdoors and will require you to be on your feet for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities:

Answer wayfinding questions and help direct fans upon arrival to the stadium.
Assist fans with mobile ticketing questions including accessing tickets to ensure a smooth entry process.
Use knowledge of Acrisure Stadium to engage fans and deliver the highest level of service.
Assist fans at the season ticket holder tents as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.

Education, Training and Experience:

Strong, courteous customer service skills are a must.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Friendly, outgoing personality.
Comfortable interacting with a high volume of fans
Availability must align with Steelers home game schedule.
Knowledgeable of functions and usage of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc..)
Ability to act proactively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Job requires walking and standing for a prolonged periods of time at various stadium entrances/tents around Acrisure Stadium.
