JOB SUMMARY

The Organizational Intern, Video Producer will assist Phillies Productions with the day-to-day video production. This position will work with colleagues to produce, shoot and edit engaging content for in-stadium scoreboard presentations and network broadcasts. Additional responsibilities include showcasing community events, marketing events and non-game day events. Interested candidates should be aware of time requirements on nights, weekends and holidays.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with various internal departments, including Community Outreach and Ad Sales, to film events throughout the Philadelphia area and create original content for distribution to broadcast and Phillies.com.
  • Manage the distribution of game-day entertainment video links.
  • Produce compelling videos using different types of equipment, including cameras, camera rigs, lighting and audio.
  • Work closely with Phillies Productions to maintain the media asset manager.
  • Edit highlight videos for PhanaVision.
  • Assist the Production Manager in coordination of the workflow management system.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in video production is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Technically proficient with cinema cameras.
  • Experience shooting live sports is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment is required.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to events outside the ballpark.
  • General baseball knowledge is preferred.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week and flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
