JOB SUMMARY

The Organizational Intern, Junior Designer will assist the Phillies Productions department with content creation of electronic displays for baseball games and non-baseball events held at Citizens Bank Park. This role will be responsible for content creation consisting of both motion graphics and graphic design elements. The position will report to the motion graphics designer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare graphic design elements (cutting out headshots, action shots and merchandise stills).
Creating animations and stills from scratch in After Effects for video board, LED boards, In-house TV channel and Outdoor Marquee.
Create a variety of short-form animations to be used in-game.
Assist in the production of graphic requests from departments within the organization (Marketing, Community Relations, social media, Special Events, and PR).
Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Proficient in the following Adobe CC applications, including but not limited to, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience with player cutouts and creating high-quality composites in Photoshop.
Demonstrated experience in motion graphic design.
Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative staff.
Ability to work 40 hours per week and flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
General baseball knowledge is preferred.
