Orlando City SC is looking for a Market Intelligence Manager to join our award-winning Strategy & Analytics team, recognized as the 2023 MLS Strategy & Business Intelligence Team of the Year. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with and influence the business practices of Orlando City, Orlando Pride, Orlando City B and Inter&Co Stadium.
The Market Intelligence Manager will be responsible for providing consumer and marketing analysis to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities and support innovation across the organization. They will also manage the sponsorship CRM system with KORE and build reports on business/market metrics.
This role will collaborate closely with various business departments and leaders, particularly in Sponsorship and Marketing, to develop analytical insights that inform strategic decisions. Success in this position requires a strong foundation in data analysis and CRM systems, excellent research skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. The Market Intelligence Manager will play a key role in helping Orlando City SC understand, amplify, optimize and grow our brand.
