About the role

This focus of this role is to work collaboratively with wider Brand, Marketing and Media team and multiple internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and elevate the overall retail experience for our passionate fanbase.

This will be achieved by developing Newcastle United’s Retail Marketing Plan and taking charge of the deployment of all go-to-market retail marketing projects.

Managing end-to-end retail projects to tight deadlines to ensure the delivery of high-quality retail marketing initiatives by working closely with the Club’s retail team and suppliers on all product launches via all marketing channels.

Your impact

With responsibility for overseeing all campaign planning and execution to deliver against Newcastle United’s revenue targets and brand positioning you will have significant experience in working in a similar retail or marketing role.

You will have a high level of commercial awareness with in an in depth understanding of the retail landscape, brand positioning and marketplace profiles.

With significant leadership experience you will also be accomplished in writing compelling briefs to external clients.

About the team

Joining our growing Brand, Media and Marketing team you will report to the Head of Brand and Marketing and help to define and cement the brand identity of one of football’s most iconic Clubs.

You will also provide inspirational leadership for our Retail Marketing Coordinator.
