About the role

We’re looking for an individual to join our Hospitality team where you will coordinate the delivery of Matchday Hospitality and Sponsorships packages, in the run up to, and during all home matchdays and will lead on catering and capacity enquiries.

You will assist with the management of the Matchday host team including leading briefings in the absence of the Hospitality Operations Manager and will be the First point of contact for hosts, catering partner and client queries on matchdays, escalating and delegating where appropriate.

Your impact

You will have strong communication skills organisation and planning skills and be comfortable maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Previous significant experience in a similar role is essential as well as GCSE, or equivalent, in Maths and English grade C or above.

About the team

You will join our Hospitality team, reporting to our Hospitality Operations Manager and will be responsible for our two Hospitality Operations Executives.
