About the role

We’re looking for an individual to join our Hospitality team where you will provide exceptional account management of seasonal clients, specifically the Newcastle United Business club, serving as a lead contact for their account management enquiries and offering professional advice to maximise client’s overall relationship with the club.

You will lead the delivery of the clubs Matchday sponsorship packages, ensuring a best-in-class matchday experience is delivered to each sponsorship group.

Your impact

You will have strong communication, organisation and planning skills and be comfortable building, maintaining, and developing strong long-lasting client relationships with key accounts and other stakeholders.

Previous experience in a similar account management role is essential and ideally you will have people management experience, as well as GCSE, or equivalent, in Maths and English grade C or above.

About the team

You will join our Hospitality team, reporting to our Client Experience Manager and will be responsible for two of our Client Experience Executives.
