About the role

Reporting into the newly recruited IT Operations Manager you will maintain and upgrade the Club’s network and server infrastructure. Implementing systems and services in-line with the Club’s technology roadmap, ensuring that they are value for money and commercially best in class solutions.

Your impact

You will have significant experience of working in a large IT environment, particularly monitoring, and managing alerts and incidents with a focus on manging Active Directory, Azure 365 and Exchange Online.

You will identify and rectify cyber security risks and contribute to policy and standards and monitor the Club’s IT environment by alerting and monitoring systems and responding to outages or incidents.

Maintaining and supporting the Club’s IT systems collaboratively with the IT Senior Systems Specialist and third parties to ensure service levels are met you will also possess industry certifications or training in IT such as Cisco Certified Network Professional, Microsoft’s MTA, MSCE or MCSA and VMware Data Centre Virtualisation.

You will have strong communication and negotiation skills and be comfortable liaising with third-party suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and/or within SLAs and to specification.
