Fan Engagement and Events Coordinator

This is an exciting time at Newcastle United and we are looking for talented individuals to help us on our journey. To help us deliver on our ambitious plans we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engagement and Events Coordinator to support our Supporter Services Department

As our Engagement and Events Coordinator, you will create annual plans for Newcastle United to increase engagement with fans at home and internationally. Implementing a calendar of successful face to face and digital non-matchday initiatives with aim of increasing commercial revenue and fan development targets, you will be required to work with a high degree of independence.

You will possess excellent customer service skills and be experienced in delivering a creative commercial experience to ensure a high-quality service across all channels and touchpoints. You will work collaboratively with Marketing, Communications, Retail and colleagues across the football club to positively enhance the customer experience. As such, experience of organising and delivering creative and commercial customer experiences is essential.
