About the role

We’re looking for a Buyer who will identify best in class supplier’s and source and select the best products to maximise profits for the club. You will look at recommendations for enhancements or cost savings, conducting market research to identify gaps in the market and identify buying trends. You will work closely with our warehousing and distribution centre and collaborate with our merchandiser and wider team to see products through to stores.

Your impact

You will be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience working as a buyer. You will have knowledge within a retail or sport industry, with an understanding of supply chain management and logistics.

You will have strong commercial acumen, with financial and accounting knowledge and excellent negotiation skills. You will be creative, to enhance the appeal of our product range.

You are able to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.

About the team

You will work in our Buying and Merchandising team and will be part of our wider Retail and Licensing team. You will report to our Head of Buying and Merchandising and will work closely with our Ecommerce and Stores teams.
