Coordinator, Growth Audiences – Brand & Consumer Marketing

The Coordinator, Growth Audiences - Global Brand & Consumer Marketing will be charged with supporting and executing cross-functional and collaborative brand marketing integration processes across key Growth Audiences (Youth, Latino, Women, LGBTQ+). The successful candidate will work across the organization with key internal stakeholders and agency partners to support the implementation of and post-mortems against cross-platform initiative marketing plans to drive brand health, fan growth and retention, and marketing platform engagement goals.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Growth Audience Brand Leads to define marketing strategy and tactics for cross-organizational initiatives and brand campaigns targeted to those key audiences (i.e. Youth, Latino, Women, LGBTQ+).

  • Support a cross-functional and collaborative marketing briefing and strategy development process with both internal and agency stakeholders.

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing plans across paid, owned, earned and partner/affiliate media.

  • Establish clear initiative timelines that will drive the team’s day-to-day execution of marketing plans to realize initiative goals.

  • Facilitate and foster external partner & agency relationships from all phases of planning, to asset delivery, to post-campaign reporting

  • Lead ongoing and initiative-end performance reporting that presents insights across multiple distribution platforms and highlights key areas for further growth and optimization.

  • Develop forward-thinking initiative plans to support annual business planning and marketing goal-setting process

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS from an accredited undergraduate university with degree in marketing, communications, or related field

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, including management of creative campaigns, owned and paid media plans, and marketing communication

  • Strategic and analytic ability to support and influence creative decision-making

  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) with strong ability to build presentations that communicate marketing priorities and program elements

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with senior management, agency partners, and successfully navigate and manage cross-functional working groups

  • Detail oriented and process driven

Preferred Qualifications

  • Attention to detail, especially when multi-tasking across various projects

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects

Salary / Pay Range

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

  • NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week.

  • FLSA non-exempt

  • Occasional evening and weekend work and/or travel may be required for campaign shoots, events, or initiative launches

  • This job posting is for a position with one of the NFL’s third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency. The assignment to provide services to the NFL will be limited in duration but may be extended for an additional period by agreement between the NFL and the agency.
