The Manager, Project Management will play a crucial role in defining and upholding the standards for the project management team, as well as being responsible for leading and overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are executed within established guidelines, timelines, and budgets. Focus will extend to areas such as search engine optimization, web accessibility, quality assurance testing, and maintaining high-quality product deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and a minimum of five (5) years digital or e-commerce experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILL
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficient on all company provided hardware and software.
